At Radici Trading Co., we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted goods, culinary experiences, and wellness products. Because many of our items are handmade, perishable, or custom-produced, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
All purchases made through Radici Trading Co. are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective products as outlined below.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, malfunctioning, or defective, we will gladly replace it.
To qualify:

If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

…are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event or service agreement.
Some services may require deposits that are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Because most items are limited, handmade, or perishable, we do not offer general exchanges.
Only defective items qualify for replacement.

Thank you for shopping with Radici Trading Co. Every item we ship is crafted, packaged, and fulfilled with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, restocks), processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Handmade or limited-run products may require additional preparation time. If so, this will be noted on the product page.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination.
Orders over $75 ship FREE (USA only).
Orders under $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee (as shown at checkout).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ship primarily using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and occasionally UPS.
Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):
USPS Ground: 2–7 business days
USPS Priority: 1–3 business days
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
If an order is returned to us due to:

Missing apartment/suite number
Refusal of delivery
Undeliverable destination

We cannot refund shipping fees for these orders.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy.
Reusable heat packs may activate accidentally in extreme heat.
To prevent this, we may:
Add protective packaging
Delay shipment by a day during heat waves
Upgrade shipping at our discretion
